A Trick to Get Your Confidence Back

There are times when we feel a loss of confidence in ourselves and everything around us. this feeling we all had before, and always those who are overthinking and analyzing fall in this impasse. They believe that by doing so they are realists or geniuses, but they do not realize that many of their analysis of things is nothing but cowardice!

1- Stop analyzing and searching for a meaning to what you do.

Yes, by collecting a large amount of information and supports for our ideas or what we want to do. we are only looking for something to stop us from taking the steps towards our goal. This is only cowardice because the act of confidence is closely linked to Courage.

2-   Stop trying to expect what is going to happen.

The trust is one of the most intangible things we feel. We can not measure or calculate, exactly like falling in love. You have to release your ideas, expectations, your heart and your body, you must be submissive and self-surrender to make it occur And falls on its own: it takes a lot of courage to be able to do so and feel the confidence surrounding you.

Confidence and courage are iron qualities to reach the top success in everything, in our humanity and our relationship with others

3- Just start doing and don't be scared of failing or being wrong.

We must be courageous and strong in order to achieve everything we wish. Despite that, there is no conclusive evidence of our ability to achieve these things. This is the courage, the actual courage that is built from nothing, whose pillars and fundamentals do not exist.

There is no conclusive evidence that this person is trustworthy, but you do believe him despite everything.

There is no conclusive evidence of your success in this business but you do nonetheless.

There is no conclusive evidence of your success with that woman in the future, but you marry her after all.

Courage is not built through reading, reasoning, thinking and learning, but is built by actions.
