The psychological side of individual sports on the mental toughness of your child

There is no need to say that exercise and sports in general have many benefits to the physical and psychological health of your child especially in the first stages of growth. However, the parent’s interest always goes to the team sports such as football and basketball.
In addition to this, in the last few years, many parents started to direct their children to the individual sports. We are not here to say that individual sports is better than team sports , but the individual sports have some health benefits and psychological effects on the mental qualities of your child that can benefits him in life out of the play field.

- In individual sports the player is alone in the field, which affects the confidence , self-absorption and force him to think  independently to solve the problems and difficulties encountered during the game , all this happens when the player is  alone and without depending on other team members or even the coach ,which is not happening in the team sports.

- while the  player alone on the field he - without recognizing it - sets himself goals and challenges based on what he faces at the moment during the game, which helps to build the personality traits of the player - especially in the early stages of childhood - and determine a depth of his personality in life

 - In a moment inside the play field, a decision has to be made without overthinking, but if this decision was wrong or inappropriate. There is no room here - in individual sports – to blame anyone of what the player has done himself, so this kind of sports teaches the player to bear the consequences of his decisions alone.
